My statement for Uyghur human rights policy act
On 911 Anniversary 18 years, It's pretty symbolic that US Senate passed a human rights act about 'Uyghurs and other predominantly Muslim ethnic minorities' in China. It shows those who represents American people don't get affected by Islamophobia. USA chooses to stand with the conscience again!
I ever worried that USA as the injured state of 911 attacks may be very difficult to pass this act about Chinese Muslim minorities.
But US senators’s conscience is more than my imagination. They go beyond racial hatred and it's the cause that American is great!
I want to say here, Xinjiang is not a battlefield against terrorism but against against cultural and ethnic cleansing!

911 anniversary
I don’t want to avoid this day. I don’t want to avoid this truth that 911 terror attack was launched by some crazy Muslims.
We remember 911 anniversary to not be for hate but rethink. We must remember We are one humanity!

正在门外发起进攻，
急敲的鼓声咚咚咚。
伟大的战士穿着白色的恐怖。
黑暗的念头在里面，
皇帝的新衣在外面。
一个个
比斯大林还古老的眼神里，
高傲，克隆自小丑之父。
请向你们的主子报告如下搜查的结果：
安然拥有几书架的不合法的思想，
一个分裂小人国的极端分子。
罪名是否充足？
米沃什将出庭作证，
布罗茨基的鬼魂将是他的辩护人。

My statement
I appreciate the concern of Pen International (Free Expression Under Threat – PEN International publishes its 2018 Case List) and it’s the maximum support and recognition for my writing.
But I want to correct a point: it’s my statement.
In 2018, actually it’s Chinese writers association that sent me to receive red education in Jinggangshan, when I was studying in its subordinate Luxun literature college.

Cui
Cui is my surname. It is ancient Chinese surname and can trace back to 2000 years ago. But my ancestor Cui gang is Muslim when he arrived in Jinan city 600 years ago. It’s the beginning of Muslim family!

Poetry> Taifa kings are the faith traitors

Imagine that Alhambra palace,
The rosy dream blooming on a grain of poppy seed.
In the faint fragrant breeze of Granada
Stone sprigs grew indulgently.
Forgetting,
Golden cloak
Broke into sunset glow
With the spinning of Cordoba,
Lost in the dark times of Seville.
The Moors tower of shriek
Illuminates the victim faces.
Andalus like ballads
Spread from place to place
With the pain,
Weeping on the Palestine strings.
The Nakba road
Handles the Moon before the holy prophet,
That is a teardrop of wild pigeon!
Imputing the failure to dancing girls one thousand times,
The thousand and one times in the desert
Mirage restored that rosy dream.
Outside the new palace walls
Imam still condemned the poetry.
But poet said: No Victor!
Taifa Kings are the Faith traitors.

想象那座阿尔罕布拉宫，
盛开在一粒罂粟上的玫瑰色的梦，
石头花枝在格拉纳达的夏日熏风里纵情生长……
忘记了,
金色的斗篷
在科尔多瓦的旋转中
破碎成天边的余晖，
走失在塞维利亚的夜漏里。
尖叫的摩尔塔楼
照亮受害者的脸。
安达卢西亚像谣曲，
同苦痛一起流散四方，
哭倒在巴勒斯坦的琴弦上！
大迁徙的路
触摸先知之前的月亮，
那是一只野鸽子滴下的泪水!
把失败一千次地归罪于舞女，
蜃景，一千零一次地
在荒漠中恢复那座玫瑰色的梦。
宫墙外，
教士依旧在谴责诗歌。
诗人却说：没有胜者，
塔伊法的君王是信仰的叛徒。
